Pointer Appraisals is pleased to announce great new features on our home page. Now you will be able to find what you need faster.  Additional information on types of appraisals and the different scenarios is presented in a clean bullet format with links describing each appraisal scenario.

You will also find two additional counties in our service area, Lake and Ashtabula.  We are pleased to offer service in those counties.

Pointer Appraisal is pleased to announce we will now provide property inspections in our service area until 8pm and on weekends. 

We hope this allows our customers to more easily fulfill their appraisal needs.
