• Neighborhood & Exterior Subject Condition Reporting (Video or Photographic)
  High Resolution Digital Photos of the Exterior of the houses surrounding the subject property and the exterior elevations of the subject property. Video Reporting includes video of properties along the subject street.
  
  
• Interior Property Condition Reporting (Video or Photographic) 
  High Resolution Video or Photography of all interior and exterior areas of the subject. Including all rooms, surfaces, and areas accessible.  We utilize generator lighting and/or high strength flashes to ensure it will be nearly as close as being there.  Delivered via the internet for fast download and reporting as fast as same day. Video Reporting includes video of the properties along the subject street.

Valuation Services:

Available Opinions: As Is Market Value, As Repaired Market Value, Anticipated Sales Price or Any Combination):

• Comparable Sales Searches
  Independent and Impartial Searches for similar style properties which have sold recently within the neighborhood boundaries.
  
  
• Desktop Value or Sale Price Range Opinion
  Opinion of Market Value Range for the subject property.  Developed on a Desktop appraisal form based on public records or your description. Can be performed for as repaired or as described condition. 
  
  
• Exterior Appraisal with Comparable Photos
  An Opinion of a particular value based on the exterior viewing of a property and its apparent condition.  Commonly referred to as a Drive-By Appraisal because the appraiser does not typically exit the vehicle.  Can be combined with our neighborhood condition reporting services.
  
  
• Interior Appraisal with Comparable Photos
  An Opinion of a particular value based on the interior viewing of a property, can be combined with neighborhood condition reporting and interior video reporting services. Includes photos of every room, the exterior, and the street scene on both sides of the subject property.  Also includes active listing or pending sale comparables for the most accurate and current valuation.
